Because its status is protected forest, then you must submit a permit to BKSDA (Agency of Nature Conservation) in Banda Aceh, capital of Province of Aceh. After you get the permit, then you must report your permit to representative office in Town of Singkil before you can entry the Singkil Wildlife Reserves. Due to this reserves is still not a tourism destination area, currently only permitted to researches visit.
